Can it keep separate clients straight?
Yes. Each client's details are individual facts in your memory, so you can read exactly what it knows about each one and correct anything. You are never guessing what the AI thinks the situation is.
Is my client work used to train AI models?
No. Tessera never uses your conversations or your memory to train anything of our own, and your questions reach the AI models on their business tiers, where conversations are not used to train the models by default, rather than the consumer apps where what you type can become training data. For anyone handling client material under confidentiality, that is the distinction that matters.
What happens to my memory if I stop paying?
Nothing is deleted. Chatting pauses, but you can still sign in, read everything Tessera remembers, request a full copy of it, or delete your account. The memory is yours either way.
